The fryer with roof, a successful piece of equipment, is equipped with automatic ignition and flame regulator, which will allow you to elegantly present your dishes in front of your audience and provide you with all the comforts to cook your delicacies. The flame remains constant thanks to the cladding structure designed with a double chamber and recessed pan which isolates the heat of the burner from the equipment even during strong gusts of wind when it is installed outdoors; moreover, the appliance is equipped with a safety valve which suddenly blocks the gas supply. The cart is mobile thanks to its wheels positioned in the lower part which facilitate any type of movement.

To facilitate functionality and service, the equipment is equipped with two removable shelves in stainless steel (each measuring cm.55×47) interlocking which, if necessary, can increase the support/service surface.

All our carts with canopy are dated from light point with central copper lamp.

On the same, as an option, we can insert a copper plate or central aluminum that we can make with the your name / logo with the high relief embossing technique making it

customized.
